The Master of Architecture Program 2025 at UMT provides a dynamic learning environment that produces graduates who are forward-thinking, cooperative, and at the forefront of the changing architectural profession. The program provides students with opportunities for intellectual growth and focuses on individual areas of inquiry by concentrating on a critical study of architectural practice, both in its contemporary forms and in its future potential.

The curriculum is highly diversified and includes areas of built heritage, architectural conservation, urban design and planning, construction management, energy-efficient architecture, earthquake architecture, advanced structures, building services, and advanced presentation skills. Students play an active role in national and international projects of architecture, planning and become aware of various issues of the built environment. Professionally qualified faculty, renowned architects, and leading experts of the field impart innovative modes of architectural learning and share their success stories in lectures, workshops, and seminars organized by the University. The University is located in Lahore which is home to many architectural firms that contribute extensively in promoting quality academics of the discipline. The University maintains close contact with other institutions of Lahore for the promotion of teaching and research.   

The Master of Architecture Program at UMT explores the historical, technological, and theoretical aspects of architecture and investigates the critical issues facing contemporary architectural design. The knowledge and skills gained in the program prepare students to enter into the profession of architecture. They can enter into a variety of related design fields including urban design, community planning, sustainable design, environmental design, etc.

50% marks in the annual system or 2.0/4.0 CGPA in the semester system.
